Welcome to ICIIA 2023
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Second International Conference on Informatics and Intelligent Applications (ICIIA 2023), which will be held at the Institute for Energy Technology, Halden, Norway on November 28-30, 2023.
ICIIA 2023 aims to provide a platform to bring together informatics (Computational Science Techniques and Applications) and artificial intelligence/machine learning researchers and practitioners to exchange and share their research and innovation results in the field of Applied Informatics and Application.
ICIIA was established in 2021. Although it was an online event due to the pandemic, it was a highly successful event, participants from around the world presented their papers which were published in a book by Springer in her CCIS series. This year we are interested in Open access platform for high visibility and recognition of works of ICIIA Authors and decided to move forward with Elsevier Procedia Compute Science.
ICIIA 2023 aspires to keep up with advances and changes in a consistently morphing field. This year, we have invited three leading experts to give keynote speeches that focus on state-of-the-art research. Participants from around the globe will be presenting the latest studies through papers and oral presentations.
It is a great opportunity to find new friends and colleagues, meet old ones, and attend many high-quality technical activities as well as very enjoyable social ones.

Submission
The ICIIA 2023 conference is now in the process of soliciting submissions of original and innovative papers! Prospective authors are invited to submit papers in any of these core or related area. For a detailed list of topics can be found here
The submitted papers must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere, and must not be submitted to any other conferences before and during the ICIIA 2023 review process.
Submissions should be made through EasyChair
Publication
The proceedings will be published by Elsevier open Access Procedia Computer Science series (Pending Approval).
A selection of papers will be recommended to be published in journals.
Venue
This year's conference will be held at the Institute for Energy Technology(IFE), OS Alle 5, 1777 Halden, Norway.
